What You Can Eat.

Veganism is a great way to help yourself, animals, and the planet. People tend to believe that veganism is extreme and difficult, however, it is very easy once you get into the right mindset.

What is Veganism? VEGANS are those who do not consume any dairy, meat, or animal products. It is a LIFESTYLE, and it goes beyond what you put into your mouth.

I first learned about Veganism at 15, and it was something I wanted to try. I did, and then I went on with it for a while before falling off the wagon. It was hard. My own family would mock me, make fun of me outside to strangers. I’d lose hope, and in other words, I wasn’t strong enough yet. The cycle would repeat for quite a while, and my little knowledge of veganism would not help. I’m not a perfect human being, and I strived for perfection completely disregarding the fact that Veganism is a pledge to try my best.

One day, I finally felt that it was enough. I had to go Vegan and stick to it.

My reasons for going Vegan:

-I had felt that in order to truly connect with the world around me (Earth) I had to start with putting live foods in my mouth, ones that come from Earth itself.
– I was following a lot of Vegan pages, and I felt very guilty. I couldn’t handle that anymore.
-It hurt my soul to see another being suffer for no good reason.
– Would I truly be able to call myself a good person if I was contributing to pay for death and enslavement of innocent beings?

The list can go on, but you get the picture.
HERE IS WHAT I LEARNED:
1. YOU CAN EAT SO MUCH MORE THAN YOU THINK.
It includes;
 PIZZA, BREAD, BUTTER, MILK, COOKIES…. (all vegan of course)
All you have to do is R E A S E A R C H.
Look for Vegan recipes of all your favorite foods, create, explore. It is so much fun to look for Vegan food and try new things.
Don’t just assume that something is not Vegan, actually check it. Don’t be afraid to ask.

STAND UP FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN.

As a Vegan, you’ll become 100% more creative with how you eat. It is the best and easiest thing you can do for your body and the world.

If you never had one of these, you’re missing out. It is a peanut butter heaven in a cookie. Sweet smelling, it so great with tea. Give it a try.

Crunchy, salty, and deliciously satisfying.

Kellogg’s Pop Tarts (Unfrosted Varieties):

Any of the Pop Tarts Unfrosted is good to eat! They are so delicious, especially toasted!

Oreos:

Honestly, there is no cookie as great as Oreo. Dip them into any plant-based milk of your choice and you have just created the recipe for FIREWORKS in your mouth. Yum!

Nestle Nesquick Syrup:

Add this to plant-based milk, and you’ve got yourself chocolate milk.

Pillsbury Crescent Rolls:

I love adding peanut butter or Hershey’s chocolate syrup to this. This is honestly such a quick and easy thing to bake.
